If there is a will (and a good Parts Dept. guy) there is a way. I know of a couple bikes that have "CVO" proprietary parts on bikes that they didn't come stock with.

You may get lucky but what I heard HD is now doing they will only supply you Screamin Eagle body parts if your return your damaged ones.
