I have the full Panacea setup in smoke and love the looks of it. No blown bulbs, but i do have the fast turn signal problem. I have both ballasts installed. Turn signals will flash at the normal rate for about 4 flashes then go very fast. Not sure what is the cure .. just living with it for now.

Before I piggy-backed the equalizers, I had fast blinking. Once spliced together and plugged in, normal operation except for an occasional security "key" light indicator.
