Yessir, I agree.  But they do have some damn fine beer and even better pizza.  Used to be I lost weight when traveling.  I'm becoming a member of the "Dunlop" club.

Yeah and the new motors will use the cylinder stud holes as the oil return.   Then they can save drilling those two holes in each cylinder.  $3 per hole, 4 holes per bike, 300K bikes = $3,600,000  saved!  We were just doing the testing for them.

 Had mine 103 fatboy in to do the 113 muscle kit with gear drive cams and the crank was out .008 and had them send it out to get bluepinted and welded. Came back perfect. That is the only way you can run gear drive cams. With a chain drive it does not matter how far it is out, up to .015 which is what the factory is saying is tolerable. I don't agree with that kind of tolerence. Zippers says they run into cranks being out all of the time.

you also have to look at what its doing to your oil pump. i seriously doubt zippers condone runout past .004
