How many of the members here have had flywheel crank run out problems or failures in the 103" CVO motors.  Thanks Doc

I have seen and heard a few with runout and crank shafts spinning was just wondering if the CVO 103 where doing any better, looks to be about the same as the other TC motors, I had thought that the CVO 103s had the forged flywheels.  Thanks Doc

It looks as if there all just waiting to shift at any givin miles, I have  a 07 with 14,000 miles on it and the dam wheels shifted, pinion shaft .004" and sprocket shaft .032". I was hoping the CVO wheels where doing a little better , but I guess there the same POS as the other TC wheels.  Thanks Doc

What do you think the chances are of these cranks coming off the factory line with this much runout?

The MOCO now says .012" is within specs. So I assume that many are coming off the line worst than that, I do not believe anyone is checking every one of the assemblys, maybe 1 out of a 100 if were lucky.  Doc

That's what I was thinking.  I've yet to see a 103 crank with mandarin stamps.
