Back when my Greyhound was so sick, I started researching different dog foods. I was AMAZED at what is put in some of the premium brands of food, like Iams, Eukanuba, etc...hooves, feathers, beaks, entrails, feet, etc. All that stuff can be claimed as protein, or 100% "Chicken", even if they include feathers!! Some of the cheaper dog foods in the grocery stores may actually be manufactured using dead/euthanized dogs and cats. Most contain loads of preservatives, some of which are known carcinogens, and stress the kidneys, liver, pancreas, etc.
After much reading, I discovered Flint River Ranch, and have been feeding this to my new pups since I got them. I have never had any of my dogs go after a dry kibble like they do this food. Coats are healthy/shiny. They offer several varieties/flavors for both dogs and cats...special formulas for those dogs who have hip/joint problems, biscuit/wafer treats, either plain or with the hip/joint product (same as humans take). All ingredients are human grade. I am so impressed with the food, I decided to become a distributor, not to make money, but just to share this great product with my friends/family who love their pets and want the very best food for them so they might live a longer and healthier life. I do not carry inventory, as it is drop shipped to your door from the manufacturer, with no shipping charges, and you may place a recurring order once you've tried it, so you don't have to worry about running to the pet store or Vet for food. They offer a sample package if you want to just try it out and see which one your dog/cat prefers.
There are many distributors if you Google the product, and I don't really care which one you use, but if you'd like to order from my website, please go here, read about the products, and how healthy they are for your pets:
http://www.frrco.com/indexFlash.cfm?122587The food costs a bit more, but you feed 25% less, as there are no fillers (corn is the most common filler, and NOT good for dogs), so poops will be smaller, and your dog/cat will never get bloated by swelling of the food in their stomach.
Again, I'm not promoting this for self interest, but just because I know many of you want the very best for your pets. Check it out
