Took the bike in this morning. They said they would look it over and call me. I went by there after work (they did not call me) and they stated that they test drove it and did not hear any noises. So I took the bike and sure enough, no noises. WTF! it made all kinds of noises while riding to the dealer this morning. Now they told me before that Springers made noise and now no noises. They had to do something.........

Translation : they are idiots, they fixed it and are trying to make you look like an idiot by saying what noise. Typical can't be man enough to own up to they made a mistake. Find another tech to wrench on your bike. A simple sorry we goofed would have satisfied most of us owners. We might not have liked the fact they screwed up but at least that would have been the honest thing to do.

I agree with blowncobra they fixed it and were just afraid to man up on there mistake. I guess try to look on the bright side it's fixed and you can just enjoy your bike now.
