Every company makes mistakes. It's a part of life, but come'on, we spend a ton of money on our rides. We expect more! And we all need to get together and let moco know that we are not happy with the direction they are taking the company.
moco has owned the market forever and are becoming more complacent by the day. They seem to be taking for granted that they will always own the market. Eventually the tides turn and the co's that don't change become yesterdays news. Ask IBM what they think of Microsoft...Ask the American car manufactures about Toyota & Honda, Ask Walkman about the iPOD...
moco is already seeing the tides turn and are reacting to it in the wrong way. They are laying people off and pulling back on production. In doing so they are screwing their employees, their dealer network and us. moco management is focusing on a short-term cashflow/profit, not long-term survivability. I know what it's like to run a public company, but you have to keep your base happy while continuing to attract new business (e.g. youngsters). They are sucking big time where it matters most. Not good moco. Get your act together before we're all riding Suzuki V-Stars and Honda Goldwings...
