Hey Timo482....I would call & talk to Steve George at Fullsac Performance. He's very knowledgable and will give you all the information you need about fitment. They actually have 2 different headpipes from what I understand, one designed & built exclusively for the 110" & bigger motors.....and one designed & built for the smaller cubic inch motors since they have different needs in breathing & exhaust. The guys at Fullsac understand horsepower & torque very well, hence they design & build their components to deliver the numbers.

I have purchased one of Fullsac Performance new headpipes for my 2010 SE Streetglide 110" and am awaiting shipment now. Along with the TTS Mastertune & software from Fullsac. Steve George at Fullsac is awesome to deal with & very informative. He also offers the CVO Forum members here a discount on parts supplied by them. Can't wait to receive and install this newly designed & built headpipe, to compliment the 2" Fullsac baffles that I already have installed in my factory 4" mufflers. Will keep you posted as to how this combo sounds & performs!

I'm looking at the new headpipe from Fullsac also so will be very interested in what your thoughts are.  Of course, in my case, I've done everything arse backwards, as I'm looking at taking off my D&D 2 into 1 and going with the fullsac set up of headpipe, 2" baffles and possibly Andrews cam.

Well looks like my Christmas present had been a bit delayed, but is finally shipped & in transit to me. I've got one of the first production built, true stepped, ceramic coated 110" Fullsac Headpipes along with the TTS Mastertune with MAP coming my way. Can't wait to install the new headpipe & Tuner to compliment the already installed Fullsac 2" baffles which are in my stock mufflers on my 2010 Concord SE Streetglie. Will update once my parts arrive & I do the install.

I have been dynoing, cutting, welding and test riding different versions of this header for over 8 months.
The production version is ceramic coated, Tig welded and stepped with a 15 deg hand built merged collector.
Dyno testing shows 3-4 HP more than a modified stock non cat headpipe. Throttle responce is crisp
and the exhaust note is noticably cleaner. Retail price is 479.00.

Is it better than a stock modified header? Everyone is going to have a different perception of what a good value is.

Hey,

I've got a 2009 CVO with the touring mufflers on (screaming eagle). I really want to get rid of my CAT but having trouble finding anyone that would go a good job down here in Australia.

What options do you reckon I have with your solution? I'd rather not ship my pipes to you..

Pick up a non-cat 96" touring bike header without the cat, or
Get a buddy with a welder to cut the header apart, clean out the insides, and re-weld. Not really that difficult to do.

Hope this helps a bit.

The "B" version of the Fullsac "X Pipe" is on the shelf and available. It is a direct replacement for the 2009-2010 factory cat headpipe.
The "A" pipe is for 96" motors, and the larger "B" pipe is for the CVO 110s. Uses stock heatshields and looks completely
stock when installed. Pictures of the black Ceramic production pipe will be posted first of the week when I get back in town.
Why black? Black has the highest heat rating and insulating properties.
There is a pic of a raw prototype earlier in this thread.
Reatil price is 479.00. CVO Members 431.00.
Thanks for your interest.

If you have a machine shop, fab shop or local weld shop, they can cut the unit apart, gut it and tig weld it back together for less than buying a new one, try it out if it does not improve performance and sound, you have not lost that much.  I have guys at my shop (Stamping Company) cutting their ehaust all the time and we reweld them, in their case the cost is $0.00 as I let them do it after hours or at lunch.  If any of you live close by and want to try it, write me and I will be glad to help at zero cost.
