Most of us have suffered from OCD. Share with us your worst case of Stupid Chrome Disorder. Tell us what was the most expensive thing you bought, got it home, and said "what was I thinking" or WTF.
For me it was a pair of very loud mufflers and a gas tank bra. Both still setting on the shelf.

A chit load of LED's all over the bike , My brain was way out to lunch , I almost never ride at night. It looked good  in the garage with the lights out though.

Not to  my own thread, but I suppose it could also include that bike you bought and said "WHY" did I spend money on that. For me it was in 2004. I already had a 03 Electra Glide Standard and I "hadda have"  a red 04 Dyna Wide Glide too. I didn't like it from the start. I added forward controls, windshield, rider back rest and luggage rack, driving lights, coil cover, battery cover, saddle bags, mufflers yadda, yadda, yadda. I still don't know what I was trying to build, but I failed. Traded both of them in on a new SEEG in 05. Took a major hosing on the Dyna. Actually got more for the Standard than I paid for it new. AHHHH - the good old days.
