Mattm, et.al.

I have decided to at least price out my own design for a slider.  The CAD drawing is complete, materials ID'd and I hopefully should have some pricing this week.  I will post the info for those interested.

I to have used a motorcycle lift for awhile until I broke the welds on the handle, pushing and pulling the darn thing around.  I would just buy another one ($90) and call it done but the wheels are too small and the effort to move it around is so large that there must be a better way.  I am no longer 25 so it is just going to get harder unless the wheels get bigger.  Of course, I could sell the SEUC and get a smaller, much lighter bike; then the problem goes away entirely.

I am interested.  I'll PM my email address to you.  If you don't mind, I'd like to have the CAD file and the BOM.

I am looking for a solution to two things for my '09 CUSE.   :-\

1)  After a ride I need to get my bike from the middle of my garage to a spot adjacent to the back wall without pushing/pulling the 960 pounds of steel back and forth.  Just don't have the room.  And do the reverse when I want to ride.   That requires a 90 turn and a side push.  All but one jack that I have found are made for lifting, not lifting and moving.  The Pitbull jack seems to do both but I just want a jack, not buy the whole damn company.  I found a movable ramp but that was also expensive and way too bulky/large.  I can buy a jack and redesign/fabricate a new wheel config as a last resort.  Any ideas out there?

Road Hog would like to know.  Thanks much.

Maybe this is what your looking for??
