I installed the PC V with autotune, a K&N stage I air filter, Rinehart slipons and I removed the CVO header pipes( with the Catalytic Convert and replaced it with stock 09 Ultra's for a 96 no cat) over 500 hundred miles.  Excellent results.  Purchased from Fuel Moto and they set up the initial map.

Going to get it Dyno'd in a few weeks.  But it feels and reacts much better.  Feels as good as my 07 CVO with D&D, Stage I and Thunder Max.  And best of all, gas mileage is around 39 to 41.  Lots of power and torque.

 ;D

I dont have the Bubs but I have the PC V with WB sensors and Autotune.

Rinehart slipons, non cat header and K&N Stage I  Bike runs great.  Lots of lowe end torque but realy like 3000 RPM or 80mph as it turns out.

Two up in the south Texas Hill Country 41mpg.  Of course with the wife on the back I don't twist it as much.

Get the same or worse by myself.  Must have to do with Jack rabbit starts, loading the bikes in the curves and generally driving the bike musch harder (like it was meant to be)

Don't tell the wife.  Forget it she already knows.

Update on Ultrafuns exhaust system. CVO Ultra Ruby

Was at the HD shop making my appointment for 1000 mile service (1000 miles since Nov - pretty sad, and I wasn't even deployed!).  Anyway - BUB-7's were there and I saw they were 3.50 dia vice the 4.00 dia of the stock exhasut.  So I asked for some guidance and found they like the Klock Werks 4.0-inch dia Revolver Slip-ons.  They look like the BUB-7's (slash cut) and they said they have a deeper sound.  Anyway - got those on order with the PC-V with autotune and Stage 1 mod.

Got home and realized I don't remember seeing a PC map for Klock Werks Revolvers - sure enough I don't see one.  Any buddy been there done this yet or am I the test pilot this time?

Ride safe and see ya at Rolling Thunder in DC!
