The lights fit where those rubber bumpers are on each side of the bottom front of the tour pack.  They are the same little LED light that comes stock as the interior tour pak light on the SE Ultra.  You pull out the rubber bumper then the light goes in the same holes.  They do work pretty good and plug into the open connector on the harness.  I'll post a pic later.  I had them on my previous Road Glide and yanked them off prior to trade, since the SE had the interior light already these jus plugged in.
