We've played this gig before

To get the hit down low you need to open and shut the door fast and early (dynamic cylinder pressure at low rpm), now we are full circle back to where we started and parallel to the other thread. Woods 5 or CR575. ~30 overlap ~101 LSA about 100 intake CL. You and I talked on the phone several times about this, no free lunch. That high dynamic pressure comes at a cost, sacrafices. Doc summed it up well on another forum, you have a 2,000 and possibly as much as 2,500 rpm (w ported heads) sweet spot (highest part of the torque curve), choose where that is and order the parts to accomplish that. This is not that hard. It is not that hard to get the motor quiet and long lasting either.
BTW if you want you can call John Andrews and order up any cam you want they will grind it for you.
On a side note using ratio rockers is a good way to gain lift and not hammer the valvetrain as bad. Less side thrust on the lifters because the base circle does not have to be so small. One guy that gets this real well is Dick from Zippers or Dan Baisley.
There is no magic pill and lots of times the ol standby the 37 Andrews just seems to whoop some ass. Same as the EV27 was for an EVO
