I have the Power Commander 5 and 4" Rienharts on my SERGU....  When it's cold it stalls and there is a flat spot in the throttle.....it also pops when I decelerate at 2200 to 1900 RPM<....  Taken it back to shop several times...can't seem to get it right....  Any suggestions..

Did the problems start immediately after the installation of the exhaust and Power Commander (assuming they were done together)?

Do the problems go away or change significantly if you unhook the Power Commander?

Most likely wild ass guess starts with a bad tuning effort perhaps combined with an exhaust leak.

To remove the decel pop add a factor of 15 in the 0% throttle column to the rpm ranges you are having issues with.
