...So yours started to act up CC and his at the last MV.  Guess that means we get one of these at every Gathering?

MMMMMM and I thought you were being "Rediculous" to suggest that it may be wise to have a truck and trailer following for the 07 Nelson gathering.  With a minimum of 8,000 miles for the trip, it is beginning to sound a lot smarter.

It was the stator that had to be replaced by the very fine folks at Hickory, NC.  They saw no evidence of locktite on the thingamingee that was supposed to have it on there.  And that would be because when the 6-speed was installed, the wonderful around the corner HD shop mechanic did not put any on.  Of course, in their defence, the bulletin about putting locktite on had not as yet come out.

Got my baby back today and just rode in from Grand Junction with no issues....   good 6 hours in the saddle, but other than Monarch Pass being, uh, "damp"  it was a good ride....
I met three other CVO Owners while I was waiting for the bike and a bunch of Aussies on their way to Sturgis, then up Canucks way......  maybe they are conducting a Reconaisance in Force for 2007?
Incidentally, GJ Harley is an MSRP shop..... no 07 CVOs yet...  but they are coming
PM me for contact info if you need an MSRP dealer
