Here is the Motorcycle.com review of the 2011 Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide.  That will tell you most of the CVO upgrades. 

No tuner from the factory.  No air shocks but the hydraulics are better.

It came with the two point rack but putting a 4 point is easy and takes about 20 minutes, if that. You'll need the four point for a rack.  I did this for a friend's SG.
