Just bought a CVO but won't get my hands on it for a couple weeks. Trying to find out a little about it ahead of time, primarily what differentiates it from a regular FLHX. It's a 2011 FLHXSE2 Autumn Haze/Antique Gunstock with 1900 miles.
The original owner put V&H true-dual headers/slip-ons on it, but I don't have a clue what he did for fuel management, and I bought it on eBay from a car dealer, so I'm not dealing with anyone that knows much about Harley's. Do these come with a Race Tuner from the factory? Probably wishful thinking on my part, but I thought with the 110 motor, just maybe...
The HD site says it has special adjustable hydralic shocks as if they are different from standard FLHX. Are these the same air shocks they all come with?
As it comes with the backrest, does it come with a 2 or a 4 point bracket? Seems kind of silly to put a 2 point on, as I think a 4 point would be needed if you are going to add a rack (unless the rack attaches to the sissy bar).
Anyhow, I look forward to your insight and expertise/experience as I venture into CVO territory, and thank all in advance!
Bob/aaazdaddy (BTW: my 3 kids names all begin with A, hence the handle...)
