I have a friend here looking to do something similar.  He really wants to get rid of that big, ugly, eye soar of a brake light!  The MOCO should have created an integrated LED light strip with red and yellow from the beginning.  This would have solved the issue and kept both domestic and int'l models looking similar.

Henric.S:
I see that you have the CFR slip-ons.  Will you have any problems from LEO in Sweden and can you get through inspection with them?

I wouldn't dream of trying to get the CFRs thru registration  :(
I have made inserts for a pair of black V&H Monsters that came with the bike.
They came out kind of quiet, it's hard to say how loud without a db-meter. But hopefully they're okay.
I'm always nervous driving in DE, I've heard your police isn't to happy about loud bikes either?

I have had the CFR slip-ons for about a year and haven't been pulled over yet.  I did a 5 day ride last summer through France and Switzerland with no issues.  I think that's just due to the grace of the gods!  The pipes sound really nice but are damn loud.  I try idle around when I'm in the cities and villages so as not to bother folks. I still have my stock cans so if it becomes a problem I can switch them out but I would have to eat the initial ticket/fine.

They look good, nice and bright. Would be nice if they could come up with the standard look with integrated Turn/Brake signals.

Agreed. It would be a amuch better option.

Cheers
