Hi Lars,

Looks like he's got a "Custom Corbin Seat."  How's the detachable T/P set up working out for you?  I'm enjoying the heck out of it.  Did you end up installing the little light assembly in between the license plate and the rear signal bar?

The detachable TP is working out great. I did order the streetglide license plate light and installed it under the turn signal bracket. The dealer tried to sell me a different one but I had him cross reference the bracket part number on my bike with the part number on streetglide and they were the same so I got the right light the first time I ordered. I've also changed the rear fender lights to LED and put a laydown smoked taillight lens in place of the stock red taillight as you can see from the picture posted earlier in this thread..

The seat is a custom Corbin. If you want, call them and mention Tommy Moffitt seat, they'll know. Ask for Julio or Mike. Now I've got a question, I put the docking hardware on bike-part number 53246-09a, and the tp rack part number 53276-09a and it doesn't fit. The rack isn't wide enough. Did dealership sell me the wrong part?

Larry, I noticed the brakelight and turn signals on the rear veiw picture earlier.  Are those Harley parts or a different brand?  Also, where did you get the license plate frame?  I did the detachable TourPak, and now have to do something about the gawd-awful license plate location.  I'd also like to get some good LEDs for the brake light and turn signals.

Beautiful bike, BTW.  Thanks for your help.

Teemo, those are the correct p/n's. Can you describe what isn't wide enough on the rack?

Thanks Lilcoot for the compliment.
The smoked turn signal lenses came on the CVO. I installed LED bulbs and the adapter that made them into Run, Turn, Brake lights (HD part).
The tail light, I replaced the original red square lens with the smoked laydown lens (HD part I think) and added the LED bulb.
The license plate frame is from O'Reilly Auto Parts. I was in the store picking up a part for my wife's SUV and noticed it on the rack and thought it was appropriate for the CVO.
I ultimately went with Custom Dynamics for the LED's in the tail light and turn signals. The picture above shows the original filament bulbs installed not the LED's.
I relocated the license plate with the use of the bracket from a Street Glide and added the license plate light to the underside of the chrome turn signal bracket.

Added the LED turn signal lights from Custom Dynamics. What a difference they make. See photo.
