Latest test information: with acr"s unhooked compression is 30 front and 120 rear in very cold condition cause it won't start. I ran cyld leak down and both cyld's hold 150 very well - so sounds like valves are OK. you can see both intake and exhaust valves cycle via spark plug holes in both cylds. but front cyld pumps almost no air????? more thoughts please

Well guys, I've said it many times "you can't fix stupid". My compression checks were correct @ 30 front and 120 rear but my leak down was completely wrong - in the future I will have adult supervision at all times when performing leak down. BOTTOM LINE front cylinder valve guide broke and pieces bounced around in the combustion chamber messing things up a bit hence little or no compression and blow back through throttle body. Must of happened when I fired it up after sitting for a month cause it was running fine when I parked it. Anyone else had exhaust guide problems - 09 CVO

Yes, I had one stick open on my 110 motor with Baisley headwork. Also had seals go bad twice. I did notice the motor tried to die at the last two traffic lights before I got to the dealer dropping it off for a bad compensator so my guess was it happened just before I arrived at the dealer.

I too had a rear exhaust valve stick in the guide and burst my rocker support plate.  Upon examination all of my oils seals had floated up off of the guide and were just riding free on the stem. My head work was also done by Baisley. >:(
