Finally got a dyno tune... Results...
« on: April 01, 2014, 12:14:44 PM »

So after adding the Feuling Reaper 574 Cams and the SS adjustable pushrods and lifters... I was able to find a competent dyno tuner familiar with the TTS Mastertune.

My setup:
Fullsac B header.
Vance & Hines Hi Output slipons.
Feuling Reaper 574 Cams
S&S adjustable pushrods and lifters.

Pretty happy with the way it runs now.  It's flatter at the lower RPMs than the stock Cams, but I don't ride fully loaded often so, it works ok.

104 hp / 110 lb ft Torque.  Check the curve... Full torque at 4200 rpm and making over 100 lb ft from 3500 to 5500!

While the low end torque will never come up like the 255s, yours could certainly be improved upon.  That tune is pig rich in the lower rpms (at least at wot).  Makes one question the rest of the tune.  Peak numbers are in line but there's a lot more to a good tune than peak numbers.  Not trying to bust your bubble, just being real.

Easier to read when sized to fit typical laptop or desktop screens and rotated to vertical.

I agree with hawgzilla, the tune still needs some work.  Peak numbers are just one part of the story.

What causes the dip in torque at 2500 rpms? Is that the cams, or exhaust or the combination?
As long as you are happy with the results that's all that matters.

Sorry to join in, but not making at least 100 FT pounds by 3K is pretty soft bottom end. There's a few things all going on at once here that's hurting the bottom end. The tune being number one. As mentioned, its pig rich in the lower RPMs, at least on the one cylinder being shown. The 574 with stock compression isn't ever going to pull like a mule team off the bottom. And lets not forget the inner core in the High outputs being way too big for decent bottom end power. The mufflers could be corrected the easiest, then the tune. More compression would require pulling the heads and going with a .030 head gasket and maybe decking .020 as well. But if your happy with it, don't sweat it and ride it!
