This is the clear stuff I like for light/med duty applications.
High load like ball joints, swing arms, etc I'll use moly lube which of course, is necessarily nasty.

I use the Mercury Marine water proof grease it never drips, no problems with any neck bearings since I started using it in 1978, also the spray storage seal works wonders when you store the bike away for the winter it coats the inside of the engine including the pipes, smokes a bit when you start it up in the spring but nothing ever rusts.

A little update. No drips have appeared thus far and the neck is smooth as silk.
