I think you can get more out of it with some more fuel.  Looks lean to me.  I like to see it the line at full throttle just below the dotted line  would like hear what some of the professional tuners have to say as well.

I agree I'd like to here what the tuners have to say I have not rode it since there is snow on the ground of I can get into the 95 and 115 range with a cam I would be happy the dyno he uses always reads low compaird to some on here but you can still see the relative gains

Looks like the typical CFR curve to me.  The 577 is going to help but it isn't going to do much for the lower end.

Here is a before and after.  Bike started as a 2004 classic.  Stock 88 with TD, CFR's and heavy breather.  The finished is a 106 S&S flywheels, piston, cylinders, heads and 585 ez's.  The curves really mimic each other.  The pipes are dictating this.  I have seen 2-1-2 with CFR's do a little better over TDs, but not much more.

If the dip is really noticeable I might eventually run the 2.25 fullsac cores I just don't no if there would be a noticeable gain or if it would be worth it I'll have to see what I have once the cams are in.

Hardtail. Should the numbers go up if the engine was run a little richer than his sheet showed?
To me it just looks weak.  If the CFR's effect it that much he may want to put his factory mufflers back on and live with lower noise levels if he is wanting larger numbers.

I may be missing something.  Once he changes cams he should notice some more changes.  But I would not keep spending money on dyno tunning.  Also to me who ever did this one left a lot on the table.  Looks like a dealer tune.

It's really hard for me to see his AFR line.  It's too bunched up.  It does look like one is better than the other, and maybe more fuel can equal more timing and that might be better numbers, but I don't see the shape of the curve changing to much.

The example I give with the 585 and its 45 close is a good example of a cam that is pretty decent for low end grunt with compression.  Still dead until 3000.  With good slip-ons.  He wouldn't have to wait until 3500 to reach 110.  He could have 2500-2800.  I have had good success with GMR's 577 and it's 43 close.  It's not magic and won't make a bad combination perform.

IMO putting on stock or recored would raise the tq at 2000-2500.  Then cam it.  Smile on owners face.

The numbers don't look that bad to me, I guess they could be a little better. However, before you blame the CFR's and get rid of them, I would consider a better tune. Attached is my dynosheet for a true dual setup with CFR's. Slightly better numbers but much better curve and a no noticeable dip.

... and this is STD, FWIW. Dave at Pocono HD did a great job and was impressed how the CFR's have improved over earlier  versions. Are your CFR's older or did you just get them? I hear that earlier versions had the low end dip noticeable on your sheet...

I just got the cfr slip ons last season so fairly new I may try another tuner but for now there is not many options near me hoping the cams may help a bit I would hate to just throw out 1000 dollar cans and they look and sound real nice.

I have the 577's with V&H Tru duals and 4" Rinehart slip ons. Nearly identical curves but mine has a little higher numbers.

I wouldn't worry about the CFR's since you're already running a 2-1-2 header which is supposed to be better than Tru duals.

Go figure! Different dynos, different numbers. :o

Ride and enjoy!

When I bought CFRs for my last bike.....I spoke to Cary Faas directly and he said the he designed the mufflers for true dual head pipes only.

I have herd true duals don't work will on the bottom end so that's why I went with the 2-1-2
