I like the results for the new TTS 100 Camshaft. Here's a link to Steve's post.

Looks good. Can't reply in the link, so maybe Steve will chime in here. Wonder if the cam is stock like quiet, and if one was tested in a 103 air cooled (little less compression).

I wonder if the head gaskets were changed to boost compression a little or were they bolted in w/ adjustable push rods. I've tried a couple of different cams that were supposed to be pure bolt in's and had poor results. The same cams were installed in other 110's with just changing to thinner head gaskets with great results. The other cams were much quieter but I could not stand the loss of low end power (I ride 2 up). So I'm still running the 255's, and hate the noise.

To quote Steve:  "This Camshaft design is done as a bolt in (uses STOCK pushrods)."

One would assume that means stock head gaskets and stock pushrods...   :nixweiss:

As Steve posted below regarding the new TTS section if you have questions/comments of his products that you are wanting a reply/comment from him you will have to start a thread in that board for him to reply...

Thanks for the new section to the site. Let's hope this new section works well for all involved.

For all the members that have questions about Tuning HD EFI here is a new section for us to talk about it.  If you have a question, post it and I will do my best to answer you. I will be checking in from time to time to see what's here but it will not be everyday. If any of you needs quicker answers you can send them to sales@ttspowersystems.com for a quicker response if necessary.

I have just figured out that you members cannot reply to post so we will not be able to talk about tuning so all can reply :(. The way it is now the only people that can post are the one that started the post and myself. Since I can no longer post responses on the normal Forum it appears to be limited to a one on one conversation only.

Looks like they offer a 6 degree plus/minus cam timing sprocket also.
Kinda' reminds me of Clark Hemmerick's slotted spocket.

Yes,  I was checking it out at the V-Twin Expo show,  very nice set-up with different degree crank gears with close to press fit like they should.   SC was saying that the stock gear can have as much as 8 degree's slop in the gear.  hoping for release in April.

Steve ( TTS) and I have had several conversations on the slop in the factory lower gear. That will be a nice upgrade..

Now we need a hatch on the cam cover to do adjustments between dyno runs.

I have been looking myself for some TTS 100 cams,   TTS is waiting on the next batch to be delivered, Vickie says couple weeks.  everyone I talked to say they are sold out on them.   If anyone knows of any that are around,  please let me know.
