Cvostu and Jswerve take a ride in south Fla..

 We got a ride in on Friday on a bright cool windy day in sunny south Florida.   Started out in Boca Raton,,headed north to Roland Martins in Clewiston,, then on around Lake okeechobee..  All in all a fun day.   Had John Sachs with us along with our friends Cvo Brian,Chris Coyne and Ken Hedgecock..

Haha by cool Stewey means it was only about 75 that day. Had a blast. Nothing like squeezing in 650 miles in the middle of winter. Thanks for the invite buddy. Can't wait until next time.

Florida riding this time of year is fantastic! I know, it beats the Iowa winters. Hi to you, cvostu & cvo brian. Ride some extra miles for me as I just had a knee replaced & the other one gets replaced next week. I'll be down for a while!

Stu with Ken and Barb. Ken and Barb are wonderful. They invited us all over for a nice little get together at the end of the day. All kinds of tasty food, beverages, and a very beautiful home.

Ken rides a 2010 Spiced Rum with the fullsac treatment. Also has a beautiful alligator seat he had custom made with some alligators he slayed.

Rented. Kinda hard to get my bike out in the middle of winter and take it 1500 miles  :P We rented a 2015 Ultra Limited Low from Jackie at Chester's Fort Lauderdale. Rode it down to Key West and back and then on a ride around Lake Okeechobee. Good times. I missed my bike though. The Limited Low is nice, sits low, rides great. The handlebars suck, wrist angle too extreme, bars too low. I missed my apes instantly. The seat height is great but the seat was uncomfortable and pushed me too far forward. The Rushmore stuff was ok but certainly wouldn't be enough to get me off my '12.
