Returning Audio back to stock

Hey Y'all,  I have a 2007 CVO Ultra and am trying to get the audio system back to stock. I want the CB. intercom and XM radio to function. Iron Cross Audio has fixed the HK and I have removed the Biketronics and Sony unit I had. My problem lies in the 35 pin audio connector. I have wires in the 35 pin connector that have been cut and can't find the other half. The wires aren't on the wiring diagram. Attached is what I have... any thoughts?
