Stereo amp 30 amp fuse location on a 12 FLTRXSE
« on: February 23, 2015, 02:00:55 AM »

I am hooking up my amp and new deck and am running 8G wire back to the battery through the trough. The trouble is there is not a lot of room to mount a fuse holder close to the battery. Has anyone installed one and where did you find an ideall location? I thought of between the battery and the fuse block inside panel with VHB tape, or maybe mounting it on the side of the ABS manifold behind the right side cover, just not sure if thats a good place or not. Anyone have any suggestions? Be greatly appreciated.

Isn't there room in front of battery?  Or on left side under fuzebox.  How big is your fuze holder?
