just made the right call at the right time and got the really right price

Picked this up this evening to go with the 01

just out of the blue decided to call my Harley dealer buddy to tell him about my search for a newer CVO and what I was looking for and he tells me,

the "big bucks" decided to bring one of his CVO's back in and get another,
no questions asked on price for the new or what he would get for his trade

2013 CVO Road King with Rinehart cross over conversion, all the stuff I wanted and only had 6000 miles on it
only took me 20 minutes plus they gave me a 0% credit card on the spot after they ran my credit which I used for the down payment

now to just make room until I part with the 01

the gear is in the truck and as soon as I get the office on auto pilot I'm heading over to the dealer to do the last little bit

as said, and won't brag but I got the bike for a really good price because they got it for a really good price so I made out,
I just went to look because, even thou I love the color Blue my collection has never shown it

but I really liked this color

so they said let us run your credit,
OK, but put in the factor I would give you $5 grand down

10 minutes later,
he said you are approved big time! (knew I would)
and when we ran your credit
Harley popped right up and gave you a $5 grand 0% interest credit card!
cool, let me just put this cash right back into my pocket

then the loan office popped  his head around the corner and I immediately recognized him from graduation day at the riding academy
and before he could say anything  I popped out
"and I can use that $250 gift certificate towards the purchase of a bike you gave us "
uh yes!
pow! another $250 off !

I'm really liking this decision to stop in and look at Blue!
And the guy that traded it in, along with another CVO to get his 15' CVO road glide was there picking up his tags for his bike!

Thanks bud, I'll take real good care of her!

Good for you.  VERY purdy SERK and sounds like you got one heck of a deal.  You said the previous owner traded two CVO's for his '15?  Are they a member of the site and, if not, didja invite 'em to be?   :2vrolijk_21:

I know you're itching to get her home.  I'd just keep 'em both for a while and enjoy......

I'll leave the site information with my salesman today,
he's also the one that helped the previous owner get his 15' and
he will get in contact with him regarding joining if he hasn't already
we really didn't chat
he was to busy getting his tags and I was
trying not to look "Rich"

yep looking forward to getting her home but not riding in this 40 degree temp we are having today
