As Twolane mentioned, the Lifters - if not already changed out - would be a concern at that mileage. Mine were changed out with the newest Screamin' Eagle version (P/N ending in -13) at half that mileage due to metal loss on the rollers, which unfortunately also meant new cams, oil pump, ect....due to the contamination. I changed to full compliment cam bearings while in there and had the crank run out checked (I forget the exact numbers) to give myself piece of mind that it would last a while - no guarantees though. All the parts in mine were replaced with HD parts to maintain my ESP coverage.
*** But remember not everyone has experienced these problems, although many have. ***
I guess you have to determine what if any mods have been done to the 11.5 and go from there.
If the bike's engine has been modified at all then that would possibly change the list of items to check - or to take off any "list" you develop.
The 11.5 is a great bike and the
blue is gorgeous. The 110 does have gobs of torque down low thanks to the 255 cams. I can tell you I love mine

Is it worth it to you to move up 6 model years and 7 cubic inches??? Only you can decide on that question.
