New HD Advisory Panel Website
« on: January 04, 2007, 06:51:42 PM »

I got the email letting me know about a new web site that we can do our monthly advisory panel surveys on....but it sounds like they are planning on having a lot more on this new site, A discussion forum possibly ???, Which would be GREAT !!! Am I reading this correctly ?, Chime in if you also got this email.

I signed up and logged on, but was unable to ..Update my account to get a name and new PW, nor was I able to send an email to t6hem using their link and Email addy, it came back mail deamon returned. so maybe its not up and running yet?, or they dont have the bugs worked out yet??

How is it I've bought 8 H-D's in the past 7 years and never get a survey, never get anything from the MoCo except their HOG stuff ? (which by the way, I think I'm paid up on till the next century)

A dicussion forum where we can all discuss our opinion,s problems, etc. will not go exactly like I think they believe it wiil go.....will be more of a complaint dept. at a J.C. Penneys or Macy's...... but sure would be a good idea. then they could fire all the MoCo area reps, casue MoCo will find out that we all know twice as much as any of the reps ever will, and just those savings of their salary's right there, would make the  stock go thru the roof !!!!! Any majority stock holders reading this ????

BB,
They don't send you that stuff because they don't want the answers.....LOL [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif].
They know who you are (the dealership already warned them about you) so they're staying away..... ;D ;D

THis is a third party survey company (http://www.opinion-central.com/harleydavidson/) doing business as "Insight Express"
InsightExpress, LLC
 1351 Washington Blvd
 Stamford, CT 06902
Tel: 203-406-3206
Fax:203-359-4718

I doubt if any 'unfiltered' inputs will ever reach the MOCO and the  best way is to take the time to write to the CEO, VP's, etc. directly and see if you get anyting back.
Normally this is from their PR division for complaints, etc.  [smiley=nixweiss.gif]
