Incredable!  I would never have equated a motorcycle to a gang tattoo. 

Can't help but wonder how all the LEO that own motorcycles feels about this?  And is it just Harley owners or doe a little scooter or a dual sport qualify as a gang member, too?

i know many many motorcycle owners that have routinely passed background checks for LTC with no issues flagged.
i would think if you were on a "gang watch list" you would be red flagged for LTC

If had been for real it just another of the many list I'm sure I'm on.  Nothing worse for this gov't than a old, conservative, armed retiree on a motorcycle.  To be watched for sure!

I passed DOD Secret security clearance background check while flying a 1% patch

This one never got close to passing the sniff test.  But it was funny though...  All motorcyclists are on a national registry though.  At least Harley owners anyway.  It's the registry of road-side-diner-users so they know who the good customers are!

I have passed lots of back ground checks, TS while in the Navy.  Have a TWIC card, TSA pre screen and so on. 

You can have a 3 piece patch an pass all the above.

At first glance you want to say something like what a bunch of assholes we have governing us. But then you think about it... It would be no different than what they are doing at airports. All passengers are treated like criminals when the last people to highjack an airplane was not little old ladies and young children, but, and allow me some P.C. here and first apologize to all of the good middle eastern Muslim radicals, I do believe they were all middle eastern Muslim radicals who did the terrorizing on 911.
So even if it were not a true story it is very believable.
