I spoke with Dennis on the phone today, and have set up a topic in the Vendor Offering Discounts section, http://flhrsei.org/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1168303466, that gives all the details on what he's offering (like JDO mentioned; 15% off on the Chrome covers and S&S inserts, and 20% off on the polished aluminum covers). Unfortunately, he stated that the response to his ad in American Iron Magazine was so great that he's currently out of the Chrome handcast Eagle covers, but will have more in approximately 2-3 weeks. He does have a limited amount of the polished aluminum ones on hand and is picking up another batch from the polisher tomorrow. He's sending me my chrome cover that I ordered and a polished aluminum one for me to compare and give comments on. When I receive them I will post pics and my impression of the two items here. He stated that he can offer a larger discount on the polished aluminum covers because they don't have the additional expense of sending them out to get chromed.
