Justified, The Americans, Sons Of Anarchy, Band of Brothers, Saving Private Ryan, The Gladiator, The Patriot, Star Wars and plenty more all rolled into one series.

Your gonna love it if you think you are hooked after the 1st episode - spoiler - the death count is well over 5000

I just started watching too. Into the 5th episode of Season 1. I like it. :2vrolijk_21:

I am totally hooked on Vikings. They are a bit similar.

Don't set an extra spot at your dinner table for your favorite characters. They wont be staying for dinner.

Guess I'm going to have to view this one.  I don't have HBO but got it free this weekend.  I'll download the first season and go from there.... :)

GoT is a great show.  DVR set to record it, and it's usually the first show I watch when I get TV time.  Lots of "love triangles" being turned into twosomes.  "Winter is coming" is gonna take on a whole new meaning.

Vikings:  A training course on how to die in unique ways...like getting wrapped around a prickly "axle".

I've read all the books and have watched all the shows to date.  The tv series will catch up to the books at the end of next year.  Until this year, the series followed the books fairly closely.  This year, there are a lot of variations from the books.  It's a great series and there is a lot of neat stuff to come.

I'm looking forward to the last two books.
