Utra - Want to install a lay down license plate frame under the tail lamp. Currently have the HD LED with the license plate light on top. Any recommendations for a tail lamp, bottom light for license plate and a lay down bracket?

Any of the aftermarket folks will be glad to fix you right up (Drag, Custom Chrome, Dennis Kirk, J&P, Kury, etc.) I personally don't know of any appreciable quality differences.  Think mine came from Drag Specialties.

Did the same thing myself. Bought an OEM taillight that normally goes on a SG so it didn't have the clear window on top and got ah HD chrome curved license plate frame. They're around $80. Bolts right on in about 5 min. You remove the little reflector that is under the tail light now and it attaches right there.

I went with Kuryakyn plate bracket and added some lighted license plate bolts...I also replaced the tail light bulb with a red LED bulb and you dont even notice the clear top on the lens.
