Hmmmmmm.  Matt, it's no one's opionion by my own.  So it matters to absolutely no one but me.  But the impression to me it's that it's not "bold" enough for the environment it's in.  It looked a lot more dramatic all by itself.  Around the engine it's almost too understated to stand up in the environment surrounding it.

Been there done that.......didn't work and better than the paint.  The lines are way thin, if you look close enough at the picture,  you can see that there is red in there,  but not enough to notice.

Two,
That's what I'm thinking.  Maybe I'll send it out and have one of the other flats cut to say "Screamin_Beagle" in a deep cut bold lettering.  Then paint it  [smiley=cherry.gif] of course and have another go at it.

Glad I wasn't out in left field on that impression.  It just seems to need "more" of something.  Fatter, wider, bigger, bolder script, more script; something.  Hans and Franz need to "pump it up!"  You'll make it mean enough for the bike though.  Now it's a process piece  [smiley=drink.gif] .

Just looked at it and the paint thing is not gonna happen.  Way too much work.  I'm glad I didn't get rid of the old one......but I do still want to see it in the daylight before I give up on it.

Hey Matt I like the one off stuff versus the HD same ol same ol. So with that being said I like the linkage you showed in the pics, but having them script in Screamin Beagle would be the chit for sure.   L&R , Q

Weigh the different linkages and see what the deal is there, if you're worried. Then have drink and relax [smiley=drink.gif]

Ah come on, the bike already weighs 800 pounds whats another pound or 2 for the shifter, go for something different, I did.  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
