Morning Ride in
« on: April 30, 2015, 10:26:55 AM »

So I ride in this am (55) nice cool perfect day to ride..   5:45 a     two lane rd 55 mph  with middle turn lane,    I see to my right a car coming out of subdivision and he blows the stop sign turns right,     in front of me.   I hit the rear brake, and scoot towards middle turn lane,  i run up along side his OPEN window while the vance and hines are screaming,,  and of course he speeds up   i run out of turn lane and fall in behind,  i follow him towards freeway,   he is doing 55 in a 40  not letting me get close..     he turns and gets on freeway and boom  gone...   but thats okay..   you see his 4 door sedan  had this writing on it...    oh and red and blue lights on top...   a COP CAR  from a neighboring city....   So yes.   i made a phone call.  dont expect much as I learned something and he will learn something too...

Ha Ha Ha good luck bro. they are above the law and will make up some crap story to exonerate themselves. I had a patrol car pass me doing 70 in a 55 with no lights or siren a few weeks back. I wonder how he would react if i made him stop and asked to use his ticket pad to write him one? I thought those guys were all about safety safety safety????

they're forever speeding ( when not responding to a call), changing lanes with no turn signals, etc. they feel un- accountable to anyone. we have (had) one in amherst co. who set in certain areas & wrote (I think 62,don't) remember the exact #) citations for rolling stops in one month. been fired by 2 LE depts.   in your case, a on-board camera videoing the scene would be nice to post to a news media station.I ride with some LEO & they even talk of the ones that are causing, promoting bad representation for all LEO's. that's what has caused the situations in Ferguson,Baltimore & other cities, here lately.

I got stopped today because bikes speeed along the section of road I was on; I said I wasnt speeding and he agreed but warned me not to to go over the speed limit.  Having been stopped for no reason I set off with him behind me, a car pulled out of a side road and I had to break hard yet he did nothing; maybe they dont think there is anything wrong with pulling out in front of a bike whether they do it themselves or its someone else

My new thing will be camera mounts.    I have two bikes so I will move between them.   After chatting with sarge this am, he says we don't have anyone lives in that city.     Funny.   This evening I ran thru that hood and found out where the do--h lives.  And took photo.
One question I was asked by sarge.  " did you get a unit number ".    No I looked but never saw.  I took photo this evening,   I finally say the unit number.   Tiny numbers  above the  trunk lid.   Yea. Real nice.  Not done with the whole thing.    Not from a Public official.
