What years area actually supported? -2007 SERK -
« on: April 30, 2015, 10:51:20 AM »

I see a lot of conflicting information.  What true dual header pipes will fit on a 2007 Screaming Eagle Road King (FLHRSE3)?  Is there only certain years that interchange or is it pretty much the same for a big range?
Thanks

99-2008 are all the same mounting wise 07-08 have 18 MM 02 bunges. A pipe that will work well is the Khrome works H pipe

You can swap the oil pan for a new style.. The older oil pan is now a obsolete item and you can order a oil pan for a 2005 but it will be the same as the current 2015 pan.. The pan has a notch in it to allow the new style under pipes.

http://www.khromewerks.com/2-2-HEADERS-F-1993-2008-TOURING-MODELS-1029-1107.html  this bolts around the oil pan.

If you opt for a new oil pan the amount of pipes is going to be much larger for selection , you will have to drill two holes and tap with a  1/4 -20  and you are done. Very simple job.

I put that Khromewerks header on my '07 about three years ago.  Really like it.   :2vrolijk_21:

Just installed one on a 2005 and it is tuning in great, I am using the TTS green module to data log and the owners blue module to tune the bike. The option of the 18 MM 02 bung in the pipe is great, and it is in a great location and reads without issue.. Thus far a SE 95 CI build with 203 cam is making 88 hp 98 tq. great broad curve.. Power numbers nothing to jump up and down over but the shape is outstanding.
