I had a 1999 Victory V92C. They are very well built bikes but I think it's all a bit of a gimmick. You could freeze any motorcycle and 99% of them would run after being serviced like they did.

A meaningless publicity stunt, and definitely not proof of the superiority of the bike involved.  You could perform the same stunt with pretty much any vehicle, even a lawn tractor.
