Took the bike in for it's 1k service. Went to pick it up this afternoon and didn't have to pay a dime. Came with the purchase of the bike.  I don't recall either the salesman or the sales manager telling me that when we worked the deal. So I've got an extra $238 in my pocket. Time to order that ez brake.

I'm always surprised when I see what others are paying (or would have paid) for interval services. My local dealership charges $500 for each 5,000 mile service on a CVO. Also never heard of them including this with a bike purchase...

Mine was included as well.  I like to have the dealer do the 1K checkup and then there are no questions later! I will do the other maintenance myself.

I do limited business with them Jesse. I've purchased three new bikes from this dealer, but I'm not real popular these days once I pointed out I called around and they were the most expensive in the area for interval services. I have two more services that were prepaid from my last bike purchase and carried over, after that I'll be doing things on my own depending on what's required. This place is convenient to where I live but has few redeeming qualities otherwise when it comes to what they charge.

I understand. I have 6 dealers within 90 mins of me and I still don't have a go to.  Just hard to trust em. That's why I do so much of my own work.
