I haven't used this before and looking at the tuning manual it seems there is a lot that I could mess up. All I am installing is the Fulsac exhaust with 2" cores and the TTS100 cam, probably an Air cleaner so I shouldn't have to change much. I would imagine this has been covered before so if someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Any help from where you bought the tts?
There are some maps that will get you pretty close and you can tune from there.
Easier to let a GOOD dyno tune set it up for you IMO

Steve is a great guy, lot's of patience. If you have questions, he'll walk you through downloading his map.

It's not too difficult to flash in a map.  Even if you went through and intentionally changed settings in each of the areas totally rendering the bike unrideable, then you can just flash over a new map.  Pretty hard to screw things up.

I've used a few of Steves maps on bikes that we used his packages on and they seemed spot on and always ran great.

Since I'm not doing much for changes to the bike I'm sure the map will be close enough that I shouldn't have to mess with anything else.

Here are the latest manuals and downloads for the TTS.   http://mastertune.net/downloads.htm

It can be quite intimidating at first, but read through the guide (a few times) if you are gong to play around with the tunes (or) just find the map that matches your bike and download it to your bike per the instructions.

I am pretty good with computers, so the hardest thing for me was finding the correct connector for the TTS!  (Big grey one under the left side cover).

Yes I have those from the master tunes site I was talking about the fulsac site. As the TTS is new to me I was wanting to learn a bit more about it, I have used some tuning software before and uploaded maps was able to adust deacel pop and some other minor things. I don't intend on playing around with the tunes as long as the canned map works good. (i wonder what this does "click") can get things messed up fairly quickly. :-)

Steve sent me a map that runs fairly well, starting to get the hang of flight recorder, datamaster, Vtune etc. so far so good it took me a bit to realize how to ride properly to get the cells filled in, I can see it will take some time to get it right mine are all Lamda based, I kept looking for the AFR table then finally realized my tune doesn't have one. So once I get to the point of finalizing my tune do I need a dyno to set the Open loop sections? When I got the map they were all set to .900 should I set them all back to this once the VE table is complete? What RPM should I start the open loop at?

.900 is open loop. I would not run the entire map there.....open loop should be at higher kpa and rpm's typically above 80kpa and 4k rpm.

sorry I should have been more clear, I have everything set to .981 while V tuning once I am done with that what would be a good value to use for the open loop sections and what RPM/KPA should it start at? Or would this number need to be determined on a DYNO for the best output?
