PiPes ?
« on: May 31, 2015, 04:22:32 PM »

I have a 2011 CVO Ultra.  I have the stock pipes on the bike.  They look nice, but could be a little louder and deeper sounding.  Any one have any suggestions for new mufflers?  I think I want to keep the 4"in look.

You can look to Ful-Sac for cores to install in your stock muffler cans. They are a site vender with a stellar rep. :bananarock:

I agree with jachd17 :2vrolijk_21: .........you'll find loads of Fullsac information on this forum ;D!
You can get better sound and performance just by installing a head-pipe w/o catalytic converter. You'll also reduce the heat on your right leg by a considerable amount.

I had the same goals.....keep the stock look, just a bit deeper tone and sound and reduce the heat under the right thigh.  Went with the Fullsac stainless steel, ceramic coated head pipe, the Fullsac baffles and the TTS tuner.  My other goal was to keep the motor stock.....I did not want to take the heads off.

I got exactly what I wanted plus increased performance all the way across the power band.

Take a look here.......  http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=101223.0
