IT will work. However, unless you do a lot of motor work it will not give you maximum performance out of a stock CVO 110 motor. If you are just looking for loud, or if it is free.........

A D&D Fat Cat with the quiet baffle works good with the stock CVO 110 motor and also with simple cam upgrade. With the Fat Cat, you will have enough back pressure to develop maximum low end torque.

I have a built 120 motor with high flow heads and high lift cam and 11:1 pistons. It is installed in a bagger. I run the Boarzilla on that motor. Also the Boarzilla with either baffle is LOUD!

I also have a high compression built 117 inch motor, (4 3/8 stroke) in a Dyna Street Bob. This is my horsepower motor and I run the HD 266E cam in it. It makes about 135 hp and 130 Ft Lbs of torque. It does all this thru a D&D Fat Cat with high flow baffle.

I had a Fat Katz on my 110, switched to a Boarzilla when i went to the 120r. I love the sound and performance of the D&D's though I understand they are completely obnoxious when you are behind me as JC let me know a couple of weeks ago..

Like he said.......It's obnoxious loud with either baffle after a couple hours. I think it runs better with the non wrapped race baffle. Anyway I'm running it with my 107 build, CNC SE ported heads, 625 T-man cams, 10.8 compression,  4.4cc  pistons, 58mm throttle body. It turns head when I twist the throttle for dam sure.........I turn into a 14 year old hooligan on it. ;D

And we wonder why we are picked on by the general public for obnoxious noise (disturbing the peace)
Why we feel we need to draw attention (usually negative) to show our manlihood has always baffled me.
You admit the sound is obnoxious and that's from your position (in front of the noise) can you imagine what it sounds like to the guys riding with you? Or how bout non-motorcycle enthusiasts trying to enjoy a backyard BBQ and having to endure that obnoxious noises going by, especially a group of obnoxious sounding bikes?
I'm convinced we in California have been targeted by CARB not for emmisions (their premise) but for the obnoxious noise we generate without regard to anyone else's peaceful existence.
Sorry for the rant but I hear the complaints from cops (service contracts) who are constantly called to stop the excessive noise.
Maybe just California?

I just put a the black D & D Boarzilla on my '15 CVO Street Glide along with Thundermax tuner. IMHO it is a great combination. I am no mechanic by any means but all the research I have done tells me these bikes produce more power with a 2 into 1 whether it's a built motor or not. And from what I read about a large majority of the racing public either runs a Thunderheader or a D & D. I chose the Boarzilla for its power production not its sound. But it does sound great to me. I ride with guys that have all different pipes on their bike from V & H, to Rhineharts, Thunderheader, etc...all the pipes I see and hear will bark substantially when the throttle is cracked. I am not a throttle blipper. I don't ride down the rode cracking my throttle and cranking my music screaming "look at me". But I see plenty of guys that do just that. Yes some pipes are louder than others, but IMHO it is the rider that makes them obnoxious not the pipes themselves. There is a time and place to get on the throttle and a time to not. Just sayin'.

It will work but it's a lot of pipe for a stock 100. The FatCat would do just fine for your application.

Jfyi i didn't choose for the pipe for the noise. I choose for the power. I don't like to disturb people and respect others privacy. When I leave my house I try to be as easy on the throttle. As for my buddies, since they can't keep up they just have to suck it up and ride behind. LOL
To each their own. I built this bike for one thing and it's not a everyday rider. Definately not a pipe for a touring bike. My CVO limited has Fullsac Exhaust and that's my tour bike.
