I have not had my IPod go to full volume on my 2013 Road King. But I have had it not change to the next song from the hand controls randomly. It would change to the previous song but not the next song. I have noticed as of late it seems to do it more if I leave the IPod on the bike and the IPod battery gets run down or weak. I have been trying to remember to remove it from the bike and bring it inside to put it on charge. But at 52 years old this seems to be getting hard to remember to do. LOL

you shouldn't have to.  the ipod should be charging every time you start your bike.  I haven't had my ipod off my bike since I bought it 2 years ago and the battery has never died on me.

When I leave to go offshore for 2 week at a time, if I leave it on the bike, the IPod battery winds up dead until the bike can charge it back up. It seems to want to act up until the bike can get it charged back up.
