NEW CVO Seattle area-new to HD

Hello everyone, name is Ken, this week bought 15 RG CVO, first time HD owner, riding for......38 years (including mini bikes etc and illegal street riding as teen).

Test ride did it, amazing, was looking at VIC but my HD friends said :ya but who would you ride with :)

OK, need help in getting floorboard mounts so I can move boards out 1" (who makes adapters?) and the HEAT...meted a pair of Romeos...(I know they are work shoes not riding boots) but my other boots are holding up well...I assume I should just get aftermarket header like VH duals or similar with NO CAT....

Other than needing longer, bigger boards and the heat issue- super happy.....

Welcome, HD should have the adapters......When I got mine the Cat had to come off, it was hot, now a lot cooler with some Vance and Hines pipes and Rhino Mufflers.

You'll get plenty of opinion on exhaust mods, check out the exhaust section for some ideas.

INHO the only way to go is FULLSAC for the catless head pipe and baffles and I used the TTS for tuning. Again opinions will vary some but this combo works very well.
