K-tech cartridges for 49mm front end

I ran across K-tech 20 or 25mm cartridges for Harley Dyna 49mm front forks. I think they are supposed to bolt in without costly modifications to Fork tubes. I have never heard of them before. They seem to be a major player in England.  Opinions?

K-Tech said they are not bolt in and requires machining of the lower leg seats. 350 bucks. Plus 1200 cartridges does not include springs. They end up at the same cost as the Ohlins 30mm. Oh well I thought I was on to something. NOT!
