Rear oxygen sensor high can't do a Mastertune
« on: July 21, 2015, 09:10:51 PM »

Trying to tune with Mastertune but won't go into closed loop, but if I wait it eventually does, and when I'm done with my v-tune ride I'm back in open loop or waiting. . First I considered an oxygen sensor issue so I bought a new set from the dealer, then I tried taking off my new Pro Pipe and put on my Big Shots in case it was a bung issue, because I tuned off my Big Shots when the bike was just stage 1. I tried setting CID to 110 and then 115, and then I went back to DNI176-04 and started lowering my tables 10 & 20% (selected all and lowered all), my rear slowly comes down from around 5000 to 3500 and my front hovers 1200. Even when lowering the tables the rear is always much higher than the front by 500-2000mv.

HPI 55mm throttlebody
V&H Exhaust(s)- Pro Pipe & Big Shots
Zippers MaxFlow on SE intake

I tried many combinations.

Can anyone help?

You might have better luck with this issue if you go to the TTS Manufacturer's Support section:  http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?board=72.0

I believe he (Steve Cole) developed the TTS system.

If the VE's in the rear table are way out of range the 02's will not come online. try increasing or decreasing the rear table to see if there is a change.

What he said.  :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:

Most likely still too rich if the cubes have been increased. Having injector size correct is also critical when trimming in a new map from out in left field.
