S&S pushrod &lifters
« on: July 25, 2015, 06:24:48 PM »

I'm looking for part #'s for the Quicker adjustable pushrod kit and performance tappets. I found #106-6051 for the pushrods and #330-0174 for the lifters.  Anyone know if they are the correct ones for an 09 CVO ROAD GLIDE?  Thanks in advance for any help

If you want the lifters with the travel limiters, 330-0174 is correct.  If you don't want the TL, then 330-0175 is the one.

You have the correct number for the Quickee pushrod kit with covers, keepers, gaskets and o-rings.

I would not use the Quick S&S pushrods
Consider their tapers or better yet .145 wall Smiths. They are harder to install and worth the trouble. A largely exposed small adjuster is a flex point and will contribute to valve train noise.

S&S or other premium Delphi lifters.
Not stock Harley lifters

never had any probs with the quickies either.the S&S standard lifters are the ones for most builds.dont get the limiters unless your going with a very aggressive cam profile and going to be reving the piss out of it

We have used S&S valvetrain components here almost exclusively, for about 20-25 years.
They work well.
