Tail light question

I'm not sure what to look for or ask for that matter regarding "how to make the tail light flash when brakes are applied"? I noticed some bikes that when the rider steps on the brakes the LED tail lights flash quickly before coming on full I'd like to add that feature to my '15 Street Glide. TXs
