I do like the red/silver.  Not any better than my '15 Burgundy Blaze.  Also kind of like the blue/silver Limited.  Overall the colors seem to be getting less "special" every year.  If I was buying this year it would be one of those two.

The consolidated fob would be nice but I'd really want the TPMS.  That's a safety item.  I can see they wanted to "clean up" the rear and save some $$ but you can never have too much light out back. I also installed the Custom Dynamics Magic Strobe.

AMEN BROTHER!

New Cam?

There’s a higher compression ratio for top efficiency and horsepower. An airbox for increased airflow and a redesigned cam to optimize low-end torque.

The replacement part number for the camshaft kit is the same for 2015 & 2016 (25638-07), so it's not a new cam. And the compression ratio is 9.2:1 for both years. Looks like marketing babble.

No they did not use a lowering kit on the CVO Road Glide Ultra.  You are talking about a totally different bike.

This thread is about The CVO Road Glide Ultra

And a very good move on their part.  The narrow primary works well on the low.
But don't plan on taking your custom derby cover off your old bike to put on this one...the new ones are significantly bigger.  I thought it was an optical illusion when I went to put mine on the new bike, and even after holding it up against it, I still thought it was going to fit.  I took the stock one off and tried putting my old one on there...not even close to fitting.
