lots of features and I'm very impressed.   Great sound.  Way better than the stock radio.   :2vrolijk_21:

c'mon man, need more info than that.

did you wire it in to the stock amp/speakers?  or did you use a different amp, no amp?  what speakers?  does it work with the ipod controller, or does it do away with that in favor of the usb?  where'd you buy it?  how much?

details, details.....  :bananarock:  (does look good in there though)

Ok. Here we go,,,  I have it with an arc audio k125.4  4 channel amp.    Focal  165krc in the fairing. With tweeters as well in the gauge holes.  In the bags,, hybrid audio 5x7 coaxial   I have the lowers in the closet now,, cause it's so hot in south fla ..  Will not work with the Harley I pod..you won't need it,,, it's is Bluetooth and has a USB... It's located behind the face plate that's removable.  I am playing music from my memory stick,, which is the best way to go,,,, no distortion whatsoever and any volume level.       So today I removed. The iPod from the saddle bag and the harness.    I let the speaker wired in the stock plug so I can take the bag off easily.  I ran the speaker wires in a thin conduit that takes up very little space..  There you have it.  :)  The price is 500 for the upgrade version,,  has a better display.  You can buy it direct right from them.  Or call Pete at Soundz Customz.

Looks nice.. were you able to re-use the handlebar controls?

Yes.  Handle bar controls work just like the stock HK radio.   It's has the 23 pin connector that accepts the stock plug.   It's plug n play except for the r a jacks which are really nice.  The fm comes in good too with the hidden antenna.

one other thing.  i downloaded the manuals and did some reading, and i didn't see it in there anywhere.  does the unit have the avc function?  i know most folks disable that when using external amps, but i would be running it via it's own internal amp for a while and that is a function that i do like.

I didn't see see so I guess it's not there,,, I've been told if you add an amp it's the speakers worst night mare.    Get an amp. If you are going to his upgrade.   And it is an upgrade,,, best time to add an amp and good quality speakers.   Or why even bother :nixweiss:

How does it handle front/rear outputs ... are the rears required to use low level inputs?
Rear outputs on the factory H/K is on the 35 pin side?

All I see is the 23 pin?
